DO NOT ORDER!!!!
Ordered 2 pairs of lashes with next day shipping. 2 weeks later the lashes still hadn’t been shipped and since I paid for expedited shipping I messaged and asked if I would be able to get a refund and cancel the order as I didn’t want it anymore as I didn’t see it as worth it. 3 days later the owner replied agreeing to the refund saying that she would process it in the morning of the 9th feb. 3 days later I still hadn’t had a notification of the order being cancelled so I messaged her again on the 12th asking if she had been able to process the refund, she did not reply and an hour later I had got a notification that the eyelashes had been shipped. To present I have tried to contact the owner multiple times with no success. I have heard from others they have had the same problem with her customer services. I was a long time customer so I was disgusted by her behaviour. DO NOT ORDER.

The eyelashes are literally my favourite!! I ordered the Doll lashes and they are unreal, the quality is to die for. Will be getting my money from now on🥰
