What is the returns policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unfortunatley unable to issue you a return for your order unless the mistake is made on our behalf or the product is faulty. In the case of if the mistake is on our behalf, the product will have to be in its original packaging, unopened and reported within 24 hours.
Where is my order?
COVID delays are occurring, although they are not common, they are still a factor for why your order may not yet have arrived!
Please wait for at least 10 working days from when your order has been despatched before contacting us as in many cases, they turn up before 10 days.
If you are an international customer (outside of the UK) you are able to track your orders exact location via the tracking number provided. If you have not received one (these are given when your order has been despatched and sent to you by text message/ email) please email us with your order number and full name to txlashes@outlook.com and we will get back to you ASAP
Can I Amend my order?
Yes you can! Just contact us via email and we will amend your order!
*If you would like to add items, additional costs will be taken via Bank transfer (UK Customers) or Paypal (for international customers)
I have not received my order
As previously stated, please give your order 10 working days before reporting it as lost. If it has not arrived within that period, an investigation file will be opened with Royal Mail.
Warning: If the investigation has been carried out and Royal Mail confirms your claim has been untruthful, this will result in a CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
