Terrible service

Have ordered a few times recently and service is terrible. They never arrive on time even after I paid for faster delivery. Very disappointed. Tried messaging the owner but no reply and no communication as to why they will be arriving late etc. Took around 2 + weeks. Either needs to change the delivery info on her website or start fulfilling the orders on time! Would not bother ordering again and would not recommend either.
