Instructions:
1) Spray some water on the spoolie (not soap directly)
2) Dip the spoolie onto the soap to lightly coat the bristles
3) With product on your spoolie, brush through your brows, flipping upwards to create a feathered look
4) This brow soap can be worn alone or over your favorite brow pomade
